DIA Joint Military Intelligence College (JMIC) Support

Ultra Tech provides the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Joint Military Intelligence College (JMIC), security and administrative services. Ultra Tech manages and processes student admissions, enrollments, and logistics functions for all JMIC Programs. Ultra Tech uses the Student Information Management System (SIMS) software provided by the Government, to perform admissions, registration, and logistics functions for the College's full-time, part-time, evening, weekend, structured part-time, reserve, monthly executive, and off-site programs. The College currently responds to an estimated 1500 student contacts annually to admit and enroll 450 students. Ultra Tech also provides Special Security Officer support to the College.
The Special Security Officer assists JMIC security personnel in performing on-site security functions that include security briefings, maintaining billet rosters, providing security support for the annual conference, implementing security policies and procedures, and monitoring physical security.
